You have a licence for a previous version

It may be the case that the license you currently have is a previous version instead of the latest SMART Estimator release. Double-check that your license is the latest version of SMART Estimator. If you wish to update your license and use the latest version of SMART Estimator, please contact Sales by clicking on this link here.

Internet connection issues

If you are experiencing problems connecting to the internet, ensure that your Wireless or Ethernet connections are active and stable. If you are experiencing problems with a poor or non-existent internet connection, please contact your organization’s IT department or network administrator for further assistance.

System time is desynchronised

If your system time is not automatically adjusting to daylight savings time, Nalpeiron Zentitle will be unable to verify your license as it creates a desync.

To resolve this issue, go to the Date and Time settings and look for the ‘Adjust for daylight saving time automatically’ setting. Check to see if this setting is enabled and then try to verify your license again.
