  1. Gin Wheels

Gin Wheels are simple pulley systems that can be attached to the top of scaffolding structures to help lift materials. Click on the Gin Wheel button to select the tool and then click on a scaffold bay to add a Gin Wheel.

You can then use the Drag and Drop functionality to move it to the desired bay on your scaffolding structure.

  2. Rubbish Chutes

A rubbish chute is an efficient and safe method of removing construction debris from elevated work areas. Select the Rubbish Chutes tool and then select a scaffold bay to insert a rubbish chute.

Alternatively, you may choose between a Yellow or a Red rubbish chute by clicking on the drop-down button below. You can then use the Drag and Drop functionality to move it to the desired bay on your scaffolding structure.

  3. Safety Standards

Select the Safety Standards tool and apply the tool onto the scaffold, anything that’s highlighted will be applied.

In addition, you can choose from Foam Tube Sleeves or Warning Sleeves in red and white, or black and yellow colours by clicking on the drop-down button below.

  4. Double Standards

Using the Double Standards tool, apply the tool to the scaffold and the entire scaffold will be supported by double standards.

You can also set the maximum height for the Double Standards by hovering your mouse over the double standards until the toolbox dialog appears. Then, manually set the height according to the scaffold lift. You can also accomplish this through Schedule IT.

The Double Standards tool is invisible to me?

You can only apply the Double Standards tool to your scaffold if you’re using Tube and Fitting; however, if you’re using a System Scaffold, the tool will not be visible.

  5. Safety Lamps

Safety lamps can be added to scaffolding structures to ensure proper lighting for night-time or low-visibility work. Select the Safety Lamps tool and click on a scaffold bay. Anything highlighted will have a safety lamp fitted to each standard.

You can choose between Safety Lamps or Safety Lights by clicking on the respective tool through the drop-down menu below.
