    Before you purchase or install SMART Manager, it’s important to make sure your computer meets the basic system requirements. This helps the software run smoothly and gives you the best experience.

  2. Minimum Requirements

    To use SMART Manager as well as the mobile apps, SMART Handover and Inspector, the following are recommended:

    Operating System Android: 12 or higher
    iOS: 17
    Processor 1 GHz dual core or better
    Storage 0.5 GB per app (Device with 32 GB or higher)
    RAM 2 GB or higher
    Internet Wi-Fi or 4G or better
    Other

    Make sure you mobile device has the following features:

    • Camera (For photo/video capture)
    • GPS (For automatic site detection)
    • Microphone (For audio/video recording)
