Estimates Overview
  1. Overview of the Estimate Tab

If you have a subscription to both SMART Estimator and SMART Manager, you can access your estimate list from SMART Estimator in the SMART Manager portal.

  2. Accessing your Estimates

To access your estimate list, click the document icon on the navigation bar.

In the Estimates tab you can see the shared estimate list, amend estimate status, create sites, import existing sites and view open or closed sites associated with an estimate.

You can seamlessly take all the scaffold details, and contract information from an estimate created in SMART Estimator and transfer it to SMART Manager. This will enable your Operations team to carry out Handovers and Inspections on-site.

    Searching for an Estimate

If you can’t find the estimate you’re looking for, try entering its details into the Search Bar at the top or sorting the list by clicking on the Column Headings.

    Exporting your Estimate to CSV

You can export your entire estimate list to a CSV file for reporting outside of our software. Once exported, you can import it into Excel, use it for Analytics, or even work with it in SMART Estimator. Click here to learn more.

  3. Troubleshooting the Estimates

If you can’t see any estimates on the list, it could be due to one of the following issues.

Do you have a copy of SMART Estimator?

Are you using the Cloud enterprise server option in SMART Estimator?
