Handover In-Progress Summary
In progress is where you can find any inspections or follow up actions that have been started but not finished. This includes inspections that are complete but awaiting signature, incomplete inspections and follow up actions. Follow up actions are separate to an inspection. If you report a defect that remains, you need to complete a follow up to log who the defect was reported to and why it remains. This is separate from the inspection.
Deleting an Activity
You can delete incomplete inspections from the “In Progress” section by selecting the desired inspections using the circles on the left hand side, this will reveal a pop-up with the option to delete or cancel. You can select and delete multiple inspections at a time.
