RebrandingUpdated the app’s look and feel to better align with the SMART Scaffolder branding
across the wider SMART ecosystem.

ImprovedUpdated the app to ensure full compatibility with devices using a 16 KB memory
page size.
Bug FixedFixed a rare issue where the Inspections Due screen could crash or appear empty when
data was incomplete.

In this version, we’ve addressed several issues in the app that were identified internally by the development team:

issue FixedThe app was not preserving the authentication token, which meant users had to reenter their login credentials each time the app was reopened on the device.
issue FixedWe fixed some potential memory management issues that could cause the app to crash.

This version addresses several minor issues identified in the mobile application:

Issue FixedOn some older Android devices, it was not possible to access the Photo Gallery to attach images to forms.
Issue FixedThe application was not displaying an indicator on the control that marked the requirement to include years in the form.
Issue FixedIn plaintext components, the correct field for the description was not being shown in the form.
Issue FixedWhen attaching a photo to a form, the selected file name was displayed as a generated GUID, which could appear confusing to the user. This has been changed to display a more user-friendly file name.
Issue FixedIn certain circumstances, attached images were not displayed with the correct orientation in the PDF report.
Issue FixedWhen a form allowed linking to SM entities, changes made to those entities were not being synchronised within the forms.
Issue FixedThe signature preview in the application was not displaying the signature in full.

ImprovedIn this update, we’ve improved the data access layer to provide quicker responses
in the SMART apps.
Bug FixedBroken image links in the handover reports sent via emails has been resolved.
Bug FixedA bug reported with the large attachment email link not opening correctly has been
resolved.

This release marks the launch of the first public version of the SMART Forms mobile application, making it available to all users for the very first time. The app has been designed to provide a simple, intuitive and reliable experience, supporting day-to-day use across a wide range of scenarios.
SMART Forms is part of the wider SMART ecosystem, enabling users to easily complete and manage fully customisable forms directly on their mobile devices. Secure login ensures a seamless experience, while submissions are automatically synchronised in the background. Data is then routed through our platform to support client assignment and the generation of professional PDF reports.
With this release, all users can now download and install the app directly from the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store for Android devices.

ImprovedIn this update, we’ve improved the reliability and stability of the SMART Apps across several areas, including scaffold editing, inspection filtering, and data recovery in poor signal conditions.
ImprovedUsers will notice a more consistent visual experience, with improved layout and labels in both Inspector and Handover.
ImprovedUpdates to the SMART Manager console make scaffold listings easier to read.
ImprovedThis release includes technical upgrades to the underlying platform, ensuring ongoing compatibility and long-term support.
Bug FixedA customer-specific issue reported by Purcell has been resolved.
Bug FixedResolved an issue where images selected from the gallery could occasionally appear with
incorrect orientation in the generated reports.

RebrandingThe mobile applications have been redesigned to align with the updated branding of the SMART Scaffolder product suite, offering a more cohesive and modern visual identity across platforms.
ImprovedThe SMART Telemetry (customer support) functionality has been enhanced to ensure that backup requests now include associated media files, improving data completeness during synchronisation processes.
Bug FixedFixed issues related to scaffold numbering. In certain scenarios — particularly on sites with frequent scaffold dismantling and creation — the app was incorrectly using outdated scaffold references or failing to increment scaffold numbers when expected.
Bug FixedAddressed a cursor placement issue in text fields where, when correcting typed descriptions, the cursor would consistently jump to the end of the line with every keystroke. This behaviour was introduced in a recent update.
