• AddedIn this significant update, we have added the ability to carry out several different types of bulk actions:
1. Site details page – On the Contracts tab there is a new option called Offhire and Rehandover Scaffolds. Scaffold actions: on the Scaffolds tab, the show dismantled is now a checkbox next to the search. Options to on-hire, off-hire, dismantle or group selected scaffolds have been added in a new Actions dropdown. Functionality to fix duplicate scaffolds and to apply quick edits (within the grid of scaffolds) has also been added.
2. Site Details page – The overall design has been improved, and we have added new options to search for staff and to add all staff.
3. Scaffold History – Submissions of SMART Forms directly linked to the selected scaffold are now displayed in the history.
4. Staff Details page – We have added new options to show or close active sites assigned. The design of the Add Sites to Staff form has been improved with new options to search sites and to show closed sites.

1. Activities page – All submissions of SMART Forms completed in the SMART Forms mobile app are now displayed here.
2. Site Details page – A new section has been added where users can view SMART Forms submissions linked to any sub-category of the selected site, including the site itself, scaffolds, areas, and contracts.
3. Scaffold History – Submissions of SMART Forms directly linked to the selected scaffold are now displayed in the history.
4. Staff Details page – A new section has been introduced to show SMART Forms submissions associated with the selected staff member.

• PatchedThis patch addresses an issue affecting project creation in SMART Estimator when determining the next available Quotation Number. The update ensures that soft-deleted projects are correctly considered when generating a new Main Number, preventing conflicts that could interrupt the process.

With this improvement, users can create new projects seamlessly while maintaining the integrity of Quotation Numbers in the system.

2. Search Experience Adjustment – We have implemented a minor improvement to data filtering in SMART Estimator, ensuring a more consistent search experience aligned with user expectations.
3. Enhanced Import Experience – UI stability has been reinforced during scaffold imports via CSV, ensuring a seamless process without interruptions. Any issues encountered are now presented clearly and concisely, allowing for corrective actions without disrupting navigation.

In this update, we are pleased to announce the addition of enhanced onboarding functionality to the SMART Manager console, designed to improve the user experience and provide tailored assistance.

1. Database Restructuring and API Modernisation – We have restructured the database, starting with the Estimates entity, to improve data accuracy, reduce redundancy, and enhance overall system efficiency. These changes ensure more reliable estimations and better decision-making for users.
2. Seamless Integration Between SMART Estimator and SMART Manager – A new, intuitive link now simplifies the conversion of estimates into live sites, enhancing cross-platform usability and increasing overall user adoption.
3. Migration of SE Api 1 to .NET 8 – We have upgraded SE Api 1 from .NET Core 6 to .NET 8, leveraging improved performance, long-term support, and better developer experience. Additionally, the API has been moved to a dedicated repository, improving maintainability and enabling independent deployment.
