Each site can be broken down into Areas. These make it easier for users on large sites to navigate the Scaffold list on the mobile apps.
To add an area , click the plus symbol in the top right of the Area box on the Site Details screen.
This will open the Add area pop-up which allows you to name your new area and click “✓ Save”. For large sites these may correspond with plot numbers, or for industrial sites, zones. If you have a large maintenance contract for a Council, they may equate to road names.
Areas are important for the Mobile app users, as when they open the Site on the Mobile apps they will see the list of areas first, then they can open an area and see only the scaffolds assigned to it. This will help improve their efficiency and accuracy in selecting the correct scaffold on larger sites.
