Introduction to the SMART Forms App

SMART Forms is the 3rd Mobile App in the SMART Manager Suite – alongside SMART Handover and SMART Inspector.

It enables users to complete a range of digital forms, reports and checklists – usually made on loose paper – and store them in a safe, easy-to-find place: the SMART Manager cloud.

  • SMART Forms can be downloaded from the Appstore or Play Store.
  • To access the app, login with the same details used to access SMART Manager and the other SMART Apps.

Forms

Forms is the main page by default. Here you can find all Form types currently assigned to your Company Account – all Standard Forms, plus any bespoke ones requested.

In Progress

On the In Progress tab, you will find pending Forms that you have started completing but haven’t submitted. You can either select one to continue to fill it in or tap the red recycle bin icon to discard it.

Sync

The Sync tab shows the current sync status, the last sync date and time, and your connection status. Once you’ve completed your form, they’ll be shown in the queue, click here for more information.

Settings

The Settings page displays your Account Information and options to configure the Default country, automatic Sync interval, update checks frequency, connectivity mode, and Data retention & management tools.
