Navigating the SMART Inspector App

The SMART Manager software is supported by three mobile apps, SMART Handover, SMART Inspector and SMART Forms.

These apps are designed to be used on-site to complete handovers, off hires, variations and inspections. The work carried out on both applications is synchronized with SMART Manager.

Home Screen

This Icon takes you to the Home Screen Section, where you can learn more about the Landing Page and the Side Bar Menu.

Sites

This icon takes you to the Site Section, where you can learn more about adding and editing a site, adding, editing and dismantling a scaffold. Breaking down your site into areas and recording entries in the scaffold diary.

Customers

If you click on this icon, you will be taken to the Customer Section where you will be able to see a list of customers and see what sites they are contracted for.

Inspections Due

If you click on this icon, you will be taken to the Inspections Due Section where you can see and complete all inspections that are due for completion.

Site Diary

This Icon takes you to the Diary Section, where you can record entries into the Site Diary and include documents, comments, photo, videos and audio as well as automatic transcriptions.

Adverse Weather

By clicking on this icon, you can complete an ad hoc inspection following Adverse Weather Conditions. You can also display all scaffolds affected by adverse weather and complete an inspection by clicking on them.

In Progress (Inspector)

By clicking on this icon, you can find any inspections or follow up actions that have been started but not finished. It also includes any completed inspection awaiting to be signed off, incomplete inspections and follow up actions.

QR Code Scanner

Click on this icon to access the QR Code Scanner. This allows you to assign unique QR codes to scaffolds using scaffold tags and scan a QR code for quick access to handovers, off-hires, variations, or inspections.

Sync

If you click on this icon, you will be taken to the Sync Button where you can manually Upload your Data from your Mobile onto SMART Manager.
