After completing the series of Yes/No questions and clicking Finish, an editable preview of your Risk Assessment will be displayed. It is possible to type over the entire risk assessment using the text editing tools as you would in any other word processor.

Now is the time to save your risk assessment so that you can retrieve it later.
Select the Save option from the Save menu to save your document to the cloud.
In most cases, you will not need to Save as a local RAMS file. This option is typically only used when transferring RAMS files between branches that are not connected.
