Using the Add new hazard option, you can add more hazards to a group.
To create a hazard, complete the following step-by-step instructions:
Enter the name of the hazard, the question, the risk rating, and who might be affected by the hazard. You can now describe the standard control measures in place for the hazard and click Finish to complete the questionnaire. The hazard will be added to the group because of this action.
