Before SMART Forms, we managed paperwork through a mix of WhatsApp photos and paper inspection reports. Weekly reports had to be completed manually and then scanned to send to contractors, which took up a lot of time. Since introducing SMART Forms, the entire process has sped up immensely. Reports are completed digitally, shared much faster, and securely stored in one place, saving us several hours of admin each week. It’s made communication between the site and office far more efficient and reduced our admin costs significantly.
