CADS Technical Support Assistant

Salary: Dependent on experience
Location: Broadstone, Dorset
Hours: Permanent, full time 37.5 hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Background

As a member of CADS you will be part of a growing company developing & supporting market leading Smart Scaffolder software solutions to the UK construction industry.

We are looking for a conscientious individual to provide first line help and technical support to our many loyal customers in the UK Scaffolding industry. Although previous experience in a scaffolding or technical support related role would be an advantage the successful applicant will be provided with full training in the software and related technology with teammates on hand to step in if required.

CADS provide a company pension scheme and 25 days annual holiday + public holidays.

Required skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An approachable, tactful, and friendly demeanour
  • Computer literacy include MS Office, Word & Excel

Future career development:

There will be opportunities to expand role to assist with customer success management, software development, preparing educational and marketing digital content and testing.
