SMART Scaffolder was born out of the work by CADS, an engineering software development company. We’ve continued that inheritance on and added years of scaffolding experience. Here are a few key members of the team:

Julie Page
Julie has been with SMART Scaffolder since 2008 as a Business Development Executive. It’s Julie’s role to keep in touch with our customers, arrange demonstrations and trials as well as ensuring new customer have their dongles or activation codes.

David Mincham
David started at SMART Scaffolder in 2011 as the Development Manager ensuring that our software meets our customers’ needs and constantly adding new functionality that helps scaffolders to gain a competitive edge.

Jonathan Threadgold
Jonathan started at SMART Scaffolder in 2016. Having started in the Support Team he got to know all the areas of the software that customers can benefit from extra help with. He is now using that knowledge to go out and train customers to get the very most from their investment.

Ian Chambers
Ian joined CADS in 1987. As Sales & Marketing Director Ian has been critically involved in the development of the software and in working with the NASC.

Terry Roberts
Terry has been the Software Development Manager at CADS since 2002. Within that role he has overseen the development of the software into the sophisticated package it is today. Terry continues to work with the NASC on TG20.

Helen Gilfoy
Helen has been at CADS since 1990. As the Technical Support Engineer Helen is often the first point of contact for our customers and her in-depth knowledge means that she is able to provide first class service.

Donna Gutteridge
Donna joined Smart Scaffolder in 2019 after 15 years working in a Technical Support/Quality Assurance role within the Fine Arts sector working closely with customers and suppliers.

Daniel Carneiro
Dan joined the SMART Scaffolder team in 2017 and leads the front-end design and development of the apps and the SMART Manager console. He has a great eye for design and for producing attractive and easy-to-use user interfaces.
