Onboarding Support
New subscribers to SMART Estimator or SMART Manager benefit from a dedicated Customer Success Manager for the first 6 weeks. Your CSM will assist with:
- Setup & onboarding
- Cloud data configuration
- Team training & usage best practices
Typical Resolution Times
- We aim to resolve tickets within 1-2 business days
- For urgent tickets we always strive for same day resolutions where possible
- More complex queries escalated to second-line support may take longer
