Hours: Full time 37.5 hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
As a member of CADS you will be part of a growing company delivering superb analysis, design, detailing & scaffolding products to the engineering and construction industries. Our software is used by thousands of Engineers and Scaffolders around the world to deliver billions of pounds worth of projects every year.
We require a conscientious individual to offer first line support principally on our Smart Estimator & Smart Applications software, written in house by CADS, for the Scaffolding Industry. The job is to help our customers with installation and licensing queries via the telephone or remote support connection to the customers PC. Although a background in the scaffolding / building industry would be an advantage full training will be given to enable you to support the software.

This is a role, which will expand with your training and experience. Our software and procedures are constantly changing so we are looking for an adaptable individual.
CADS offer a generous pension scheme after a qualifying period & 25 days annual holiday excluding public holidays. You will be required to hold a valid UK drivers’ licence and be a UK resident. We also support our employees working partially/fully from home after their initial training period.
